'59 Performance' to host the first football camp and combine
A football camp and combine testing will be held Saturday, July 26 at Arcadia High School. Registration will begin at 8 a.m. to 8:45 a.m. for a $25 fee.
Camp participants will include grades four through 12.

Coach Jiles was named "2008 Girls Track Coach of the Year" by the Shreveport Times. Some of Jiles other career accomplishments include 11 Boys and Girls District Championships, 7 Boys and Girls Regional Championships, 2 State Class A Runner-up Championships, 20 Individual Track and Field Championships, and 4 State MVP's.

North Central Louisiana Arts Council to hold camps
Parents still have the opportunity to register their children for the North Central Louisiana Arts Council camps to be held through Aug. 1.
There will be three different art sessions each day ranging from 8:30 a.m. - 12:30 p., with a snack time for a $50 fee per child for children who have completed grades first through six.
The remaining camps begin Monday, July 21 until Friday, July 25 at the First Baptist Church in Jonesboro and the last camp will held at Christ Community Church in Ruston from Monday, July 28 until Friday, Aug. 1.
